The annual family holiday is always a mix of emotions. Dad and husband first, photographer second. But with summer evenings and sunrises much later and earlier it’s possible to accommodate both.

Although the North Eastern weather has not provided much in the way of sunrises and sunsets so far, but watch this space……..

The great thing about Northumberland is the combination of castles and coastline. Together they make interesting evening entertainment waiting for the light.
